Community Founder Fellowship

Building the New Town Square—Together
Because the only way to create places where work, learning, and life flow as one…is to create them as one.
Why This Fellowship Exists
All One Thing isn’t building community spaces for people—we’re building them with people. This isn’t something you “buy into”; it’s a movement we co-create shoulder-to-shoulder. Our dream is to walk into AOT hubs across the country that share our ethos while showcasing their own local flair.
After launching dozens of pop-ups in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Asheville - serving 250 + families - we’ve watched spreadsheets (far more than we’d like to admit), text threads, and late-night planning sessions turn strangers into neighbors.
We have learned a lot and now we’re inviting you to help spark All One Thing in your city.
Whether you host a single Sunset Sunday or sprint toward a full-scale AOT location with partners and real estate in tow, the rules are the same:
-
Share what works. We publish every template, tool, and lesson the moment we learn it.
-
Learn in public. Your experiments—wins and flops—become the next cohort’s playbook.
-
Build in community. Founders, families, and kids turn their cameras on; dogs bark in the background; spreadsheets get crushed in real time. That’s the vibe.
If that make your shoulders drop and your heart speed up, you’re in the right place.

What if it’s not for me?
No harm, no foul. Take what you learned, live your best life, stay friends. -
Are kids allowed on Zoom calls?
Absolutely—curious questions encouraged.
