Where kids learn from an AI and Learning Coach, then garden -- then play! Parents have coworking at the same location, and grandma trades sourdough tips for coding tips on her baking app. Some parents work from adjacent, focused, quiet office space for most of the day. From sunrise yoga to Sunset Sundays, jiu jitsu to the joyful noise of newborns—All One Thing brings generations together, under one roof or under the stars.
Core Offerings
Here's the gist of what we provide:
Coworking for Adults
We welcome intergenerational coworking, in a family-friendly environment. Private workspaces are provided, but community workspace is a Safe Space for Some Chaos. Yes, get work done, but it's ok if your kid runs to your desk and giggles on their way out. It's ok if your mom and your aunt stop in on their way out of town to drop off some paperwork.
Staffed Learning Spaces for Kids
We are focused on families using AI tutors, homeschool, and virtual school, but welcome all types of learners of all ages. Our Learning Coaches are trained education professionals who support mostly self-guided learning, and coordinate play and enrichment for kids aged 6 months - 16 years old.
Town Square Services
In each community, we find All The Providers to provide Everything at All One Thing. This means our goal is to onboard everyone from yoga teachers to jiu jitsu instructors, from vegan chefs to fishing guides, and from Learning Coaches to Sunset Sunday musicians. Stop sitting in your car, scrolling. Start living.

Milestone Monday - Intergenerational Learning Block 1
People of all ages can focus on learning together. Students who are enrolled in Active Coaching receive help from Tutors or Mentors who assist in their AI-driven learning workflows.
Brain Break Fun
Kids - and adults - can enjoy physical and creative activities to foster brain health!
Lunch - Food Trucks
It's Milestone Monday, so our Learning Environment will focus on brain-ticklers, and intergenerational games good for brain health for people young and old.
CoWork & Intergenerational Learning Block 2

After School Zone with No Parking Lot Zoom Calls Required

Our City Incubator helps you launch All One Thing in your own neighborhood—starting with pop-up events and growing into a full community hub. In short: we’ve built the tools and tested the path—now we’ll help you bring All One Thing to your community.
Founder Training Program
AOT Community Founders receive training in building sustainable, inclusive, and soulful community spaces — with modules on emergent education, regenerative operations, hybrid real estate models, and event programming. Our approach blends case studies, expert sessions, and collective learning.
Mentorship
Each founder is paired with seasoned mentors from education, community design, regenerative finance, and more. We match by values, vision, and lived experience — not just résumé — because mentorship at AOT is a relationship, not a transaction.
Seed Funding & Equity Pathways
Selected founders receive early-stage seed capital plus access to our impact-first capital network. We focus on attainable outcomes, shared ownership, and pathways to long-term land-based equity for founders doing the real work.
